About Mason

Baton Rouge-based Bachelor's of Architecture student and poet. In both endeavors, I’m an obsessive of the economical, the pruning, producing something with an invisible string so taut that to add or remove would stress a balance or rhythm. In either, I’m interested in a vernacular and scale that can produce something surreal with a lineage rooted in my native Louisiana, a place I feel is as untapped in its potential to teach us how to live in a new ecological age as it is for a unique and rich cultural tapestry.
